It's TALENTIME!!!

Well, who doesn't know this famous heart-warming movie directed by the late Yasmin Ahmad. If you are a Malaysian and you don't know, it is a shame and I'm gladly to kick you out from this country. LOL. Just kidding. Okay. A glance about the late Yasmin Ahmad's film, for me as one of her fan in videography, I can see that her films mostly potrayed about something happening around us and it literally touched the hearts of the audience. Sometimes, watching her films has made people to change their perception on something. I could say that I hardly bear my tears from falling down when watching most of her movie. Wait.. why am telling this? Hahaha. So, basically.. she was a very good director playing a good lighting and the cast that she picked was suit the character as well.

So, for those who haven't watch this movie, let me give a brief picture of it.

OMG! She's such a turn on!!

Like any other Yasmin Ahmad's films, TALENTIME has its own value as well. It's is a romantic-love story but at the same time, Yasmin brings out the value of friendship, family and also laughter as well as tears in the movie. This movie primarily brings out the two heart-warming couple, Melur and Mahesh in the screen play who potrayed love between two races which is Melur as a mixed-muslim girl and Mahesh as an Indian boy. It starts with Melur who loves and has the ability to sing with a very magnifique voice whilst playing piano attempted the audition of the TALENTIME. She got selected to join the competition. Mahesh was assigned to give out the letter to the finalist of the competition. This plot of story starts to get heart-warming when Mahesh eventually attracted to this beautiful girl; Melur. From time to time, their relationship gets better and closer. But, there was a plot-twist in the movie that somehow will trigger the argumentative between the audience...
