Are you an avid romantic comedy movie? If you are, then this movie might suit your interest. Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Tom) and Zooey Deschanel (Summer Finn) as the main protagonists, this movie portrays the ongoing discussion of the possibility of a fairy tale romance in the concrete real world. Tom, a guy who works as a card writer at a greeting card company holds a principle in finding one's true love while the girl, Summer Finn believes on the other side. This difference that lies between them has set up a dynamic bafflement between two of them throughout the movie when Tom starts to like Summer.
The compilation of conflicts in this movie somehow brings a value on how we should cope with life when the situation does not come in our way. For the viewers who hope for an exquisite ending might get frustrated by how Summer suddenly turns herself into a friend for benefit mode. From a good perspective, I see this movie manages to convey a message that this circumstance might happen in our life someday. You cant never predict how stiff someone can be. Hearts are sometimes volatile, they tend to change and bend whenever they think it is the time for them to leave. If you watch and learn this movie from a different angle, you might see that everyone needs to cater themselves on how to move on from the pain that they experience so that it would not hinder their normal routine. Albeit it is portrayed that Tom initially finds it hard to overcome the excruciating pain that Summer leaves on him, he finally manages to forget the scars that he has gone through and lives his life as a normal person again.
